Family and friends gathered at the Yannantuono Funeral Home in Mount Vernon Wednesday to say their final goodbyes to an aspiring musician who died over the weekend in a car accident.

Joey Calvert, 23, was killed early Saturday morning when his Volkswagen Fox crashed into a tree along Macquesten Parkway, flipped over and smashed into four parked cars. Calvert died on the way to the hospital after getting pinned under two vehicles.

"He?d do anything to put a smile on your face, anything, no matter what the situation," says the victim?s cousin, Anthony Calvert.

Calvert?s body will be laid to rest at the Gates of Heaven cemetery in Valhalla.
