Anna Alo, 14, was last seen on Monday, March 21.
According to her family, she left the house around 9 p.m. and was last seen heading southbound on Mansion Street in the city of Poughkeepsie.
Anna's mom and stepdad spoke with News 12, and they say she has multiple mental health issues and needs daily treatment.
According to the family, there's been no communication from her these last two weeks.
There is also concern that the teen may have been in contact with older men and there has been no activity on her social media accounts. "For this long with no communication, as a mom, it's sleepless nights.  I'm worried all the time and I just want to see her be OK," says mother Shaquan Heisler.
Anna was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue ripped jeans, and white sneakers. She is described as 5 feet tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Her family ask that anyone who sees Anna to please contact the authorities at (800) 346-3543.
