A missing lawyer and former police officer from New Rochelle was found alive in Chicago.
Authorities found Raymond Power Jr. at a homeless shelter blocks away from the police headquarters in Chicago Monday. Police say he was suffering from amnesia and using the name Mr. Tower. The 56-year-old was last seen leaving a White Plains parking garage near his office in August 2005. Detectives were able to track his credit card use in Pennsylvania and Ohio on the day he disappeared, but lost him after that.
Power?s disappearance had been featured on America?s Most Wanted. He is currently being treated at a Chicago hospital. He does not remember how he got to the shelter.
