A Minisink school secretary is taking to Facebook Live to help keep student’s daily routines the same.
Minisink Intermediate School Secretary Sheri Gurney has been doing the Pledge of Allegiance and daily announcements - like birthdays and themes of the day - each day on her Facebook page called Minisink Pledge and Morning Announcements.
Gurney says she has about 600 families that tune in each day at 9 a.m. and that it’s her way to connect to the kids, even if it’s from afar.
