The Mid-Hudson region will enter Phase 3 Tuesday, meaning restaurants will be able to offer indoor seating.

The River Station Restaurant in Poughkeepsie is preparing to reopen its dining room.

Tables will be spaced six feet apart, so there will be limited seating. Patrons who sit at the bar will also be seated six feet apart.

General manager Jessica Kihlmire says the dining area will be cleaned following state guidelines.

Kihlmire says the most challenging hurdle so far has been patrons not following health guidelines.

Everyone is asked to wear a mask when not at their table.

Phase 3 also includes the reopening of personal care services like massages, nail salons and tanning salons.
