Middletown Mayor Joe DeStefano has confirmed to News 12 that an arson investigation is underway following a fire at a condominium complex Monday.
He says a suspect is in custody.
DeStefano says one police officer suffered injuries related to smoke inhalation while pursing the subject.
It appears that five units on Concord Lane are now involved.
