New York State police say 28-year-old Liberio Nieto had sex with a child less than 13 years old.
Nieto was arraigned and remanded to Orange County Jail. He's due in court next month.
Anyone who feels they may have been a victim of can call the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
