The Metro-North railroad is back up and running Sunday after delays that lasted up to three hours Saturday. 
Officials say power outages caused Saturday's extensive delays.
They say power issues between the Hastings and Irvington stations started causing the delays late Saturday evening.
It affected the Hudson Line that runs from Yankee Stadium to Yonkers, through northern Westchester and into Poughkeepsie.
