Metro-North adds extra weekend trains for 'leaf peepers'
Starting Saturday, five trains will be added to Saturday's service and four on Sundays for those wishing to explore the region.

12h agoThose wishing to enjoy fall foliage in Hudson Valley can do so riding Metro-North's "Leaf Peeper" train service.
Starting Saturday, five trains will be added to Saturday's service and four on Sundays for those wishing to explore the region.
"Leaf peeper" fares are the same as normal, off-peak fares.
That includes $1 rides for children ages 5-11 and free fare for kids under 5, as long as they're traveling with an adult.
