A mentally disabled man who was injured after falling into a pool at a house under construction died Sunday.
Police say the incident happened Saturday in West Nyack when two mentally disabled friends wandered off from their halfway home into a house on Marycrest Road.
Orangetown police aren't releasing the name of the victim.
