Memorial service to honor victims of first World Trade Center terror attack

Six people, including Suffern's Robert Kirkpatrick, were killed and over a thousand people were hurt.

A memorial service in lower Manhattan this afternoon will mark the 28th anniversary of the first World Trade Center terror attack.
It was Feb. 26, 1993 when a truck filled with explosives detonated in a parking garage of the North Tower.
Six people, including Suffern's Robert Kirkpatrick, were killed and over a thousand people were hurt.
Six terrorists were convicted of carrying out the attack. Among them was the nephew of the believed mastermind of the 9/11 attacks.
