A meeting was set to be held Thursday evening with a developer seeking to turn 10 acres of vibrant wildlife into 40 townhomes in Orangetown.
Toll Brothers wants to change the zoning to build a 55-and-over community on Gatto Lane.
The property is currently zoned for large-scale single-family homes.
The meeting was scheduled to start at 6 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus on Eire Street.
