? A man is in jail for allegedly biting off part of another man's face at a New Rochelle nightclub that neighbors want shut down.
Police say Isaac Hancock Gutierrez, 25, got into a fight with the man over money at the Casa de Laya bar last month and bit him. Authorities charged Gutierrez with assault this week. Neighbors say this is the latest incident that proves the bar should be closed. Rigoberto Nunez was shot there on March 26 and later died.
New Rochelle City Manager Chuck Strome says he is closely monitoring the area and that police presence has been increased.
Gutierrez is being held on $25,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 20.
