Michael Snow was indicted last month on charges of second degree murder, manslaughter, assault and criminal use of a firearm, according to the St. Lawrence County district attorney’s office.
Elizabeth Howell, of Patterson, was found dead on the SUNY Potsdam campus. She was fatally shot.
No motive has been released yet.
