Police say a 45-year-old man was shot on Valentine Lane just after midnight.
News 12 is told he was involved in a dispute with another man and woman when he was shot in the arm.
He's now listed in serious condition.
Police believe the three people knew each other, and that this was not a random event.
No arrests have been made, so far.
