A 27-year-old man was killed on Warburton Avenue in what witnesses say may have been a drag race. The man, Jonathon Montes De Oca, was apparently speeding Monday night going south on Warburton Avenue

A 27-year-old man was killed on Warburton Avenue in what witnesses say may have been a drag race.
The man, Jonathon Montes De Oca, was apparently speeding Monday night going south on Warburton Avenue when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a pole. Neighborhood residents say there is a history of drag racing on the avenue.
Police say they have spoken with the man De Oca may have been racing and no charges have been filed.
