Police have released the name of a man found dead along the Palisades Parkway in Pomona Friday.
They say Genoval Gonzalez Quintana, 47 of Spring Valley, was fatally struck by a vehicle while on the parkway near exit 12 around 11 p.m.
Officials say the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, was not drunk and did not have a cell phone.
The investigation is ongoing.
