An 18-year-old woman reported four men approached her as she was walking across the pedestrian foot bridge leading from Station Plaza to Burling Lane.
One of the men put his hand down the back of her pants before the group ran away down Burling Lane.
The suspect, 20-year-old Rudy Garril-Lopez, was arrested on Sunday.
