A former member of the Yonkers school board has been charged with skinny dipping in a neighbor's pool.
Police say someone spotted Tom Weibrecht, who holds a top-level position at Yonkers City Hall, swimming in the nude at around 2 p.m. Saturday at the home on Old Chappaqua Road.
According to neighbors, the home is for sale and no one is currently living there. Neighbors say it is not uncommon for the owners to go swimming there or for them to allow some neighbors to.
Weibrecht is facing charges of trespassing and exposure and was released on $1,000 bail. He is due back in court Thursday.
A Yonkers City Hall spokesperson says city officials will wait until Weibrecht?s criminal case goes to court before deciding whether he should face a possible suspension.
