A man carrying a BB gun in New Rochelle caused a scene on Sunday evening and is now facing a crime charge.
A cellphone video appears to show the man pulling the BB gun on police on North Avenue near Iona College.
The suspect was wrestled to the ground by police.
Officials say he is facing one count of criminal menacing.
