Man accused of throwing bodily fluids faces judge
A Port Jervis man accused of throwing bodily fluids at women at a supermarket faced a judge Friday morning.
Christopher Hinds, 38, remained silent as he was led into the Orange County courthouse by sheriff's deputies.
Authorities say Hinds filled a bottle of hand sanitizer with semen and then squirted the fluid onto at least two women earlier this month at the ShopRite Plaza on Dolson Avenue in Middletown.
Police say Hinds admitted to the act, and his attorney waived his right to plead not guilty in court.
Police believe there are other victims and are asking them to come forward.
Hinds is being held on a reduced bail of $25,000.
