A man has been arrested for allegedly killing his cousin.Police say 29-year-old Jermaine Elston fatally stabbed the 22-year-old man from South Carolina early Tuesday morning at Hughes Avenue and East 181st Street. According to police, the victim was stabbed several times in his neck and chest.The man was taken to the hospital, where officials say he was pronounced dead on arrival.Elston is being charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
