Mamaroneck Mayor Tom Murphy says his village is preparing for Isaias' potential arrival.

Murphy says he is urging every resident to take this storm seriously.

"It's better to be safe than sorry. I'd rather be prepared and have people be prepared and have this be nothing then have people be unprepared and have it hits us. So I think it's always better to be prepared" Murphy says.
