Mall cleaners are calling on the City Center Mall in White Plains to let them keep their jobs.
Kite Realty Group, which owns the mall, is changing to a different cleaning company on Jan. 1 called Gladiator - a non-union organization.
Last year, Westchester County strengthened a law where if there's a change in cleaning and maintenance companies, workers must be offered a job for at least 90 days.
The cleaners, who are part of the 32JB Service Employees International Union, say they haven't been offered jobs yet.
If the Westchester law is not followed, workers can sue the mall.
News 12 reached out to Kite Realty Group, but it declined to comment.
