10h agoA Mahopac woman is now facing a list of felony charges in connection with the hit-and-run death of a 61-year-old man Friday.
Police say James Crecco Sr. was struck on South Lake Boulevard in Mahopac around 8 p.m.
Maggie DePerna, 37, was charged with vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle incident and two counts of DWI.
Police say it was her second DWI arrest in two months after being cited on the Thruway in May.
Crecco died at Westchester Medical Center following the crash.
