MADD holds inaugural 5K walk in Rye

Over 200 people took part in the inaugural Mothers Against Drunk Driving 5K walk outside of Rye Playland.
Lining the route were dozens of sneakers that represented over 350 people who lost their lives to drunken driving accidents in the state last year.
Organizers say the walk raised over $45,000.
They say the money will go toward awareness programs and victims' services.
