Library worker accused of stealing $123,000

A former New City library worker is accused of stealing more than $123,000. Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe says Barbara DuBois, 48, of Nanuet, has been indicted on grand larceny charges.

Library worker accused of stealing $123,000
A former New City library worker is accused of stealing more than $123,000.
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe says Barbara DuBois, 48, of Nanuet, has been indicted on grand larceny charges.
Zugibe say she funneled the money into a personal bank account over the course of two years.
DuBois was fired after library officials discovered the money missing. She faces a maximum state prison sentence of 15 years.
