An employee of a Mount Kisco agency that runs several group homes is accused of sexually abusing a resident. Community Living employee Shawn Rutledge, 36, was arraigned on burglary charges Thursday for allegedly breaking into a patient?s room at a Lewisboro group home. Police also expect to charge Rutledge with sexually abusing a 39-year-old mentally disabled woman who lives at the home.
