What do you do if you have no money to pay your taxes?
Financial expert Jordan Goodman joined News 12's Lisa Salvadorini in the studio to give some last minute tax tips and discuss what to do if you can't pay your bill
Goodman says people should file no matter what and at least make some payment even if not the full amount Then negotiate with IRS and NYS Tax Revenue Department to come up with a payment plan.
The author of "Master Your Debt" also discusses how a "Offer in Compromise" plan works.
