Lake Peekskill man accused of DWAI
A Lake Peekskill man is accused of driving while impaired by drugs.
State police arrested Carlos Perez after they say he was driving erratically on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant.
He was charged with felony DWAI.
Officials say Perez has a criminal history, with a previous DWI-related conviction from back in 2011.
He is expected to appear in Town of Mount Pleasant Court next month.
