A Kingston man who pleaded guilty in the
murder of a 12-year-old girl is withdrawing his plea.
Gilbert Thomas,
24, was scheduled to be sentenced earlier this month to 20 years to
life in prison.
The plea was in connection with the
shooting death of D'Janeira Mason last December.
An Ulster County Court judge assigned Thomas a
new lawyer and set a court date for next month.
