K-9 stationed at Orange County Jail for 1st time in 2 decades, led by 1st female handler there

There's a K-9 who will be stationed at the jail at the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Goshen for the first time in 20 years - and in charge of him is the first female K-9 handler there.
The newest member of the Orange County Sheriff's Office is Davey. The dog searches for any drugs that could find its way into the Orange County Jail, from the cells, to the mail to visitors themselves.
Corrections Officer Mary Jo Manzo, who used to be a groomer, is his handler.
After eight weeks of training, she made history this month as the first female K-9 handler at the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Davey was named after David Snell, an Orange County corrections officer who died last year.
