6h agoNearly all of the defendants named in a lawsuit filed by the father of a murdered Mamaroneck girl have been dismissed by a state supreme court judge.
The girl's mother, Cynthia Arce, pleaded guilty to murder and is serving 25 years to life in prison.
Boyd’s attorney called the ruling flawed and expects to appeal.
