A father-daughter writing team in Throgs Neck is trying to remind the world that laughter really is the best medicine.
John and Victoria Galasso released their own book titled, "A Smile, a Grin, a Laugh, That's Life."
The book is filled with research and interviews from people who have used laughter to help them through tough times.
The duo says they hope their book encourages everyone to stay positive, no matter what they may be faced with.
