Parrotheads flocked to the lots of Jones Beach Thursday ahead of the Jimmy Buffett concert for a day full of partying and celebration.
They came from near and far to party outside the Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theatre.
indy Laliberty says she came up from Wilmington, North Carolina, for her first Buffett concert.
"My parents have come to about six or seven of them," she says. "They've always talked about how awesome it is."
Some fans wore parrot costumes or decorated their cars to instill a Margaritaville vibe.
They say there's something unique about die-hard Parrotheads compared to other tailgaters.
"Great people everywhere," explains Taylor Tanner, who lives in Babylon. "I really love the atmosphere here."
