Doctors urge men to get screened during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month
10h agoA ceremony was held Thursday to recognize an Irvington High School student who raised $4,000 to fight food insecurity in Westchester County.
Jonah Goldberg created a business called "Deals for Meals" through which reached out to the community to donate sports equipment.
Goldberg then refurbished that equipment and resold them.
All the proceeds from those resales have gone to local food pantries.
The ceremony was held on the eve of Hunger Action Month, which begins Friday.
