From gluten-free to nut-free – you name it - a new ice cream shop in Central Valley is catering to customers with all sorts of food allergies.

The owner, Mendel Mendelovits, got the idea after his own son was diagnosed with dozens of allergies and he couldn’t find anything for him at traditional ice cream shops.

Hudson’s Ice Cream, named after the 8-year-old, has options without gluten, sugar, nuts, lactose and even has vegan ice cream.

Their motto - “ice cream is for everyone!”

Hudson’s Ice Cream is located at 250 Route 32 in Central Valley.
