Hundreds of residents from all over Westchester gathered to remember the two slain NYPD officers.
A candlelight vigil was held Monday night outside Mamaroneck Police Headquarters to honor officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were killed by a gunman while on-duty over the weekend.
The group came not only to pay tribute to those fallen officers, but also to show their support for police in their community.
Many attendees walked down a line of police officers to personally thank each of them for their service.
