Officials say DPW crews in Rockland County are prepared for an expected burst of snow.
News 12 forecasters predict Westchester will see about two inches of snow, while areas in Rockland and Orange may see up to three inches.
Newly-elected Nyack Mayor Don Hammond says his cres will be out in full force the second the flakes start falling.
A wind advisory is also in effect, with potential gusts of up to 50 miles were hour.
Officials are also advised residents to be prepared for delays on the roads and in the skies.
