Malls remain closed in the Hudson Valley, and it could be a while before shoppers are welcomed back. 

Hundreds of livelihoods hang in the balance at the Palisades Center Mall, based on whether or not it will open to the public, soon after finding out it may not be in phase four. 

 
While some customizations continue at Cali Customs because of online orders, Nir Shpigel says he's financially worried because they're burning through loans waiting. 

"As of the current status, we are losing money every day opening the store because you know the lack of business," he says.
