Hudson Valley breweries are gearing up to reopen next week as the region enters phase three.
Pennings Brewery in Warwick is already making changes. Cups will now be disposable plastic, instead of reusable glass, and stations are set up for ‘growlers to go.’
More outdoor seating is also available for taproom customers since indoor seating is now limited. "Since we're fortunate to have an outside dining space, we're going to use outside to the best of our ability throughout the summer," says Stephen Pennings, of Pennings Farm
Phase 3 starts on Tuesday in the Mid-Hudson region.
