Coming out of high school, Ossining’s Obi Toppin had no Division 1 offers. But with hard work and determination, he made a name for himself and is headed to the NBA with the New York Knicks. He was chosen as the eighth pick in the draft. It was also a big night for Beacon’s Elijah Hughes. Hughes is going to Utah after being selected with the 39th pick in the draft.
