Hudson Valley bars and restaurants are now allowed to remain open until 11 p.m. just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Due to the drop in hospitalization and infection rates throughout New York, closing times were extended for certain businesses by Gov. Andrew Cuomo's executive order.
There were decent crowds at Harvest on Hudson in Hastings on Valentine’s Day, but COVID-19 protocols were still in place.
General manager Nick Macchi says masks are required upon entering, socially-distanced tables are in place and strict sanitizing rules are practiced.
The extended hours also include bowling alleys, gyms and casinos.
