Metro-North Railroad says the Hudson Line is suspended in both directions between Peekskill and Beacon because of flooding near Garrison.
The Hudson Line also had an issue at the end of October when the rain caused a big mudslide.
Amtrak is also facing weather challenges on Monday. Multiple trains have been canceled or delayed, leaving people waiting for hours.
