Chappaqua's own Hillary and Chelsea Clinton wrapped up their book tour at Pace University Wednesday night, and addressed the impeachment of President Donald Trump voted by the House of Representatives.
Trump faces two articles of impeachment which include abusing his power by asking the Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and obstructing justice by blocking witnesses and information from Congress.
Some in the audience say they're worried about the nation's democracy. Hillary Clinton made a reference to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who says Trump will never be impeached in the Senate, saying that he may want it to end with an acquittal but there are people who want the president impeached.
She says she doesn't plan on tossing her name into the 2020 election, and that her focus is on the American people.
The mother-daughter duo also shared stories from "The Book of Gutsy Women." It celebrates more than 100 amazing women throughout history.
The event was moderated by actress and singer Vanessa Williams.
