Students at one Westchester high school are doing their part to provide hope and freedom for wounded veterans.
Students in the HELP club at Scarsdale High School gave the organization Tower of Hope a check for $1,500 Monday to help in its efforts to support wounded veterans.
The organization provides service dogs to qualified vets free of charge.
The check brings the total amount raised by the club for the Tower of Hope to over $19,000.
Students in the club say they would like to reach their goal of raising $25,000 for the organization by the end of the year.
