Route 59 in Rockland County only had flashing lights - no red lights - because visibility was so low.

DPW workers said they will be out clearing roads and sidewalks for days.
The Clarkstown town supervisor told News 12 they have spent $100,000 in the town for emergency crews, plows, overtime and other things needed to prepare for a storm like this one.
