The DEA is expected to release more information about a shooting at the DoubleTree Hotel in Rockland County. The suspect in the case is expected to be in court today. The incident happened on Wednesday, all part of a federal drug-related investigation. One suspect was shot in the leg and shoulder.

Pace University held a special memorial on what would've been Danroy "DJ" Henry's 31st birthday. The former student and star athlete was killed by police 10 years ago on Oct. 18, 2010. A Pleasantville police officer shot and killed Henry outside of a bar near in Thornwood, but was never charged. As part of the ceremony, the athletics department retired Henry's number 12 football jersey.

A disbarred attorney from Westchester admits to stealing nearly $1 million from a 9/11 hero. Gustavo Vila represented a Ground Zero worker who had cancer. The federal September 11th Victims' Compensation fund gave the man more than $1 million, but he never saw 90% of the money. The attorney deposited the money into his personal account and lied, saying the fund didn't pay out. Vila will be sentenced in February of next year and faces a maximum of 10 years in federal prison.
