Here are some of the stories making headlines in the Hudson Valley.       
A member of a huge drug network in the Hudson Valley sentenced to over a decade behind bars. Edwin Guerrier has been sentenced to 13 years in federal prison for his involvement in distributing about three kilograms of cocaine every 10 days in the City of Newburgh. News 12 has been told the drugs were distributed in the First and City Terrace corridor of the city.
A New Rochelle man is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly trying to kill an FBI agent. Darren Smith is accused of firing shots in Getty Square Friday afternoon after police tried to pull him over. Officers jumped into action to catch him and during the struggle, Smith allegedly turned his gun toward an FBI task force officer and continued to fire in the officer's direction. That officer suffered a fracture, sprain, and several cuts during the struggle.
Police have released identity of the man killed in a fatal crash on the Hutchinson River Parkway. News 12 has learned that John Osorio, 52, of White Plains, died in Friday's crash.
Investigators say he was ejected off his motorcycle when he hit two other vehicles near East Lincoln Avenue in Mount Vernon.
