Although the weather is expected to warm up this week, some residents in Hartsdale awoke Sunday morning to more freezing cold temperatures.
An apartment complex on High Point Drive lost power for a few hours Saturday night.
Firefighters set up heating stations, but were eventually able to get the power back on.
"It has been really cold the past two days, and the wind goes right through you," says Jason Guarno, of the Highway Department. "They sent us out here to do snow removal to make it easier for the residents and we get it done whether it's cold or hot. We are out here."
